Roland PSB-230 EU power supply for effects devices – 9V, 2A power adapter

BOSS presents a new power supply for effects pedals: The PSB-230 is a 9 volt power supply with 2000mA and thus has 10 times the power of the well-known PSA-230 power supply with 200mA.

The PSB-230 is therefore ideal for large effect boards with many individual pedals as well as for guitarists who have one or more BOSS twin pedals (which normally each require a single PSA-230) integrated into their effects setup.

The PSB-230 can be used for all devices for which the PSA-230 is also required: All compacts, all twin pedals, V-Wah PW-10, ME-20, ME-20B, ME-50, ME-50B, AD-3, DR-3, TU-15, TU-12, DB-90.

The new PSB-230 is built using switched-mode power supply technology and can therefore be operated with mains voltages of 100 to 240 volts and 50 to 60 Hz – so it can be used worldwide. The PSB-230 is identical to the PSB-1U, which is the new standard power supply for many devices such as GT-10, GT-10B, VG-99, Sonic Cell etc. enclosed.
