In contrast with a traditional flute, sound is produced by blowing directly into the mouthpiece, simplifying the playing experience. By adjusting the head joint, it’s easy to dial in the most comfortable playing angle. You can also execute flute octave switching techniques by directing your breath between the two mouthpiece holes as you play.

Aerophone Brisa offers multiple fingering options to meet the needs of a wide range of players. Flute and trumpet modes are available, along with a Brisa mode that’s ideal for saxophone and recorder players and anyone new to wind instruments. There are also special fingering modes for playing the instrument with only the right or left hand.
